Trust or Superannuation Fund
Types of trusts include self-managed superannuation funds, registered managed investment schemes, unregistered wholesale managed investment schemes, government superannuation funds, investor-directed portfolio services (IDPS), IDPS-like schemes, managed discretionary account (MDA) services, wrap accounts and master trusts as well as other trusts (such as family trusts and charitable trusts).
Government Body
A government, agency or authority of the Commonwealth of Australia, a state or territory of Australia, or a local government body established by or under such law, or a foreign government.
Partnership
A partnership between two or more individuals who distribute income or losses.

Corporate Trustee
A company acting as a trustee for a trust.
Custodian Company
A company custodian investing on behalf of an underlying trust (such as a managed investment scheme, government superannuation fund, investor-directed portfolio service (IDPS), IDPS-like scheme, master trust, wrap account, managed discretionary account (MDA) service or other type of trust). The custodian is authorised to provide custodial or depository services under the Corporations Act.
